On the medical side, many of us in HIV Prevention and Treatment and who do research in this area were concerned the wrong messaging would come out of the Swiss report. You hit the points on both sides of the argument well. And, until we have an effective vaccine, education and primary barrier protection for prevention are the best vaccines we currently have. Suppose they have sex with people who are hypersensitive to the virus? There are people on both ends of the spectrum.
